The vast majority of an Order Militant is made up of Battle Sisters. Every Battle Sister is an orphan raised from birth to believe in the righteousness of their cause. They are the most physically adept and martial members of the Adepta Sororitas, and they form the mainstay of the Ecclesiarchy’s fighting forces. Battle Sisters are well disciplined and highly devoted to the Emperor.
